a.lexi is run by Lexi Hewitson, a sole trader. This notice explains what happens to the details you share through the enquiry form on this website.
Your name, email address, phone number if you give it, how you heard about a.lexi, and the message you write.
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to go ahead, to arrange working together. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me.
Form submissions are received through Netlify, which hosts this website, and arrive in my Microsoft 365 email. Both act only on my instructions. Netlify may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards. I never sell or share your details for marketing.
If we don't go on to work together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing lexi@aleximanagement.com. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
